Dear Educators/Parents: Thank you for taking the time to use our resources. Use these questions as a starting point to help your students develop understanding of todays topic. 1. Research how a nuclear reactor is used to produce electricity. Create a series of cartoon strips showing how energy is produced at a nuclear power plant. Share you’re your cartoon strip with a friend or family member.

2. Using the information you learned from completing question one and additional research on the benefits of nuclear energy, create a short commercial (poster or short video) outlining the benefits of using nuclear energy. Present your commercial to another person.
